What Is iFly Singapore?

iFly Singapore is one of the world’s largest indoor skydiving wind tunnels. It stands at an impressive 16.5 meters tall, which is about five storeys high. The tunnel uses powerful vertical wind currents to lift you into the air, simulating the exhilarating experience of skydiving from 12,000 to 3,000 feet, but without the plane or parachute. It is suitable for everyone, from first-timers to seasoned skydivers. Moreover, you do not need any prior experience. Certified instructors guide you through every step, beginning with safety briefings and body positioning and ending with actual flight practice. The facility ensures a safe, fun environment for all participants.

The Experience

The adventure starts with a quick orientation and a gear-up session. You will receive a flight suit, a helmet, goggles, and earplugs. Following a short training video and a demonstration from your instructor, it is time to enter the flight chamber. As the wind picks up, you will feel yourself lifted into the air, hovering effortlessly. Meanwhile, the instructor helps you balance and maneuver. Each flight lasts about 45 seconds, roughly the same as a real skydive’s freefall. Most packages include two flights per session; therefore, you can learn and improve quickly during your visit.

For Families and Thrill-Seekers Alike

iFly Singapore is perfect for families, groups of friends, or adrenaline junkies seeking something new. Flyers as young as 7 years old can participate, making it a fun and safe adventure for kids too. Watching others fly from the viewing gallery is also an entertaining experience in itself, especially when professionals perform spins, flips, and dives that look straight out of an action movie. This offers a great way to spend time together, whether flying or watching.

Packages and Prices

Prices vary depending on the package you select. However, first-time flyer experiences typically start around SGD 89–119. This cost includes training, gear rental, and two flights. Group and family packages are also available. Furthermore, frequent flyers can join membership programs for discounted rates, ensuring great value for regular visitors.

Location and How to Get There

You will find iFly Singapore right next to the Sentosa Beach Station on the Sentosa Express monorail. It is just a short walk from attractions like the SkyHelix Sentosa, Madame Tussauds, and Siloso Beach.

Why You Should Try It

iFly Singapore is more than just an attraction; indeed, it is a bucket-list experience. Whether you are a thrill-seeker or just curious to try something unique, iFly Singapore guarantees a high-flying adventure that is both safe and unforgettable. Furthermore, you will create lasting memories from this unparalleled experience.
